Q: Who’s eligible for this promotion? 
A: This promotion is open to businesses located in the UK with a business energy meter. If you’re eligible you will receive direct marketing from Love Energy Savings about this promotion during the promotional period. 
Q: How do I qualify for this offer? 
A (Renewals): Your business must renew their energy contract via Love Energy Savings by agreeing a new fixed term contract, not for the first time. Your business must agree the new contract within the relevant promotional renewal period. This offer is available for the first 3,500 business energy contract renewals. Eligible customers will receive direct marketing from Love Energy Savings. 
A (Cross-Sell): This offer is available for customers who agree to a business utilities contract via the Promoter for a different product within the promotional period. This offer is available for the first 500 customers. 
Q: How to participate? 
A: Once your renewal has been accepted by Love Energy Savings, you will be emailed a unique entry code and link to access the promotional website. You must then register with your full name and current valid email address to access your rewards. 
Q: What is the reward? 
A: You can claim 2 x £10 Just Eat Gift Cards and 2 x free Caffé Nero hot drinks to the value of £3.50. All unique entry codes will expire no less than within 4 months of issue. 
Q: How do I use my rewards? 
A. Just Eat:
• You can simply copy your unique gift card code sent to you via email and paste this into the 'Redeem a Gift Card' section on your Just Eat account. If you don't have an account, you must create one first by registering your details.  
• Once added, you can browse the restaurants, choose a takeaway and your credit will be automatically deducted off the total spend. 
• Your voucher will expire 2 weeks after you claim it, so make sure you use it before. 

A. Caffé Nero Hot drinks:
• Simply click the link in your claim email and follow the on-screen instructions to activate your gift card. Present your QR code in-store for £3.50 to be taken off your total spend. 
• Your voucher will expire 4 weeks after your claim it, so make sure you use it before. 


Q: How long is each reward period? 
A: All reward codes will expire 4 months after receipt - so make sure you use these before they expire. 
Q: Can I exchange any of my rewards if I do not use them? 
A: Unfortunately, not. Vouchers are non-exchangeable and no cash or other alternative reward will be provided. 
Q: I've already registered, how do I access my rewards? 
A: Once you've registered, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique link. To return back to the reward page, you can click this link. Once you've claimed all 4 rewards, your link will expire.
